All wax melts are handmade and packed with care.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated
During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays
2. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service used
Ness Creations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control
Delivery options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
3. Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Once your order has been placed:

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
