Ness Creations takes pride in creating handmade wax melts with care and attention. Due to the nature of our products, we have a clear returns and refunds policy outlined below.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns on wax melts.
This is because wax melts are hygiene-sensitive products and cannot be resold once they have left our premises.
2. Refunds
Refunds are offered only where necessary, at the discretion of Ness Creations.
Refunds may be considered if:
Your order arrives damaged
You receive an incorrect item
Your product is faulty upon arrival
Refunds will not be issued for:
Opened or used wax melts
Change of mind
Personal preference regarding scent
Incorrect burner use or misuse
3. Reporting an Issue
If there is an issue with your order:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the refund request being declined.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria above
